Among organisations in Nigeria (Africa’s most populous Nation), paradigm initiative Nigeria (PIN) remains very focused and committed to the development of the Information technology sector, moving from talk to work. i have personally observed their consistency since I met their founder who today is a mentor, Mr. Gbenga Sesan. Am not writing this because I know Gbenga or because I respect him ( I do by the way), am writing this because several others who have similar visions of developing communities have a lot to learn from this highly productive organization, the projects they run and of course, the culture of their staff.
